Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. MJ Construction Services, LLC is fully licensed and insured, and we are happy to provide documentation.

Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and nearby communities in Eastern Washington and North Idaho.
Who will I be working with?
MJ is a father-and-son business. Michael and Joshua are personally involved in your project from estimate to final walkthrough.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the permits your project requires and schedule inspections.
How do you handle changes during a project?
Any change is written up with its cost and schedule impact before work begins, so there are no surprises.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, closed Sunday.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Our handyman services cover repairs and small projects inside and outside your home.
