Do I need house plans before contacting you?
No. We can talk through your goals first and point you toward a designer if you need plans drawn.
How long does a new home take to build?
Most homes take six to twelve months depending on size, weather, and material lead times.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We manage permits and schedule inspections at every required stage.
Can you build during winter?
Some phases can continue through winter. We plan the schedule so foundation and framing happen in the best possible weather.
Will I get updates during construction?
Yes. Michael and Josh keep you informed at each phase, and you are welcome to visit the site.
